The Rule of Three Layers

Every finding is mapped across three layers of explanation: Business Impact (what it costs the organization), Operational Cause (the workflow or process affected), and Engineering Evidence (the measured data that proves it). This ensures findings are actionable at every level of the organization.

Reference Framework
Layer 01 · Business Impact

The operational and financial consequence to the organization. Communicated to leadership without engineering jargon.

Layer 02 · Operational Cause

The workflow, process, or operational area where the impact is felt. Bridges business outcome to technical reality.

Layer 03 · Engineering Evidence

Measured data that validates the finding. RF measurements, protocol captures, and survey data that prove the cause.
